Cancellation Policy

Clients have 72 hours prior to appointment time to cancel without forfeiting their deposit. If client fail to cancel appointment within the 72 hour timeframe, the deposit paid will be forfeited. For new clients, please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes prior to complete the client intake form. For existing clients, please arrive at your scheduled time. This will ensure other scheduled clients will be seen in a timely manner.
